Support
We strive
to ensure that our clients receive the appropriate support that they require.
Basically, 2 types of support are available; namely, helpdesk support and
on-site support. Our Service Level Agreement commits us to provide support
according to the service options the client selects. Additionally, clients with
maintenance plans have 24 x 7 access to the Microsoft Business Solutions - Great
Plains support website.
Training
To ensure
that our clients benefit from their investment, our consultants provide training
to all users on the system. Training sessions comprise of lecture sessions with
hands-on practices on the system.
